Betafill Peristaltic Filling Pump
Our Betafill Peristaltic Filling Pump is our second generation standalone machine for the precise controlled dosing of liquids used in the production of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics and other high-value products. Featuring a top-quality peristaltic pump head powered by a carefully configured stepper motor, the Betafill provides:
- A touch-screen operator interface – gives you the ability to program an exact dose for any given size of delivery tube and to save up to ten different programs for instant access and future use.
- A programmed dose of liquid which is digitally controlled using a highly accurate pulse sensor rather than a timer – enables you to achieve incredibly precise dosing.
- Use as a fully standalone machine or fully integrate as part of a capping and filling machine or other process machinery.
- A pump motor equipped with a reverse suck-back feature – prevents drips after each dose is complete, while maintaining consistent, precise filling volumes.
Based on our highly successful Alphafill Pump, using new technical developments, we have dramatically increased the dosage accuracy and our improved variable-speed stepper motor ensures that the dosage delivery is precisely calculated.
Stackable heads can be added to fill two or more identical containers at the same time with the same dosage to speed up throughput. Alternatively, up to four additional machines can be linked in parallel as “slave pumps” to fill up to 5 different containers – all with different liquids and different doses and all at the same time!
There is also an optional diving nozzle attachment that descends into the neck of each container, delivers the dosage and then retracts out of the way. Combined with our programmable “suck back” techniques, this eliminates any drips and spillage, reducing downtime and prolonging the life of the machine.
The Betafill pumps can be integrated into ALL Cap Coder filling and capping machines to provide a seamless one stop solution for your filling and capping requirements.
