The CC1440 machine is a bench top cap tightening machine that was designed for start-up companies needing to eliminate RSI within their production areas.
Often considered as one of the best ‘Start-up’ units for customers purchasing their first machine, The CC1440 is simple to use and set up, and suitable for small batch work and/or experimental work, where the torque accuracy and consistency is more important than the production rate.

The Mini-Mono was designed specifically for situations where space is at a premium or where access is limited. With the capability of fitting through a standard doorway aperture and a maximum output of 40 units a minute, the Mini-Mono is ideally suited for small laboratories and main production lines alike.
The Mini-Mono has a feature set that well exceeds its compact dimensions and with functions such as a reject station, liquid and cap detection sensors, it often comes in more heavily featured than its larger siblings.

The CC560 Filler was designed specifically for companies that wanted to minimise the potential for set-up error on product change overs by using a starwheel and fence guide system. Operators simply change the starwheel and fence (approximately 5 minutes), select the correct recipe for the next product from the HMI and the machine is now ready to accept the new containers.

The CC1770 is Cap Coders answer to bulk products up to 25 litres.
With a large aperture into the machine and a heavy duty gating system the machine is ideally suited to containers of considerable size and weight.
Whether the CC1770 is being used as a filling machine or a capping machine it works on the same simple gating mechanism and quick change tooling make the machine well suited to those who would like to run several products through the machine.
Normally supplied as a fully-automatic machine, it can also be supplied in a semi-automatic set-up for those that do not have the necessity for automatic cap placement.
DeltaFill - a volumetric bench-top filler that is incredibly simple to calibrate,

The DeltaFill works on the principle of volumetric filling but instead of the traditional method of selecting a set number of pulses to obtain the desired fill level, you simply enter into the HMI the target fill volume, eg. 120ml and the DeltaFill will calculate the number of pulses necessary for that volume.
To calibrate the filler, the operator simply weighs/measures the dose filled and inputs that figure into the calibration screen. Press calibrate and the DeltaFill will automatically make the necessary offsets for an accurate fill. The DeltaFill can work in one shot mode, where a dose is only dispensed after a signal, either from a footswitch or pressing the dose button on the HMI, or can work in continuous mode where it will then dose and then dose again after a pre-set time interval which is adjustable by the operator, eg every 1.0 second.
BetaFill brings a large technological leap, using more up to date technology such as touchscreen HMI and more accurate stepper motors.
