Servicing & Maintenance

Here at Cap Coder we have a team of service engineers travelling the country to ensure the good health of Cap Coder machines, some of which have been in production for over twenty-five years and still producing on a daily basis.

Assuming that the machine is operating at a normal duration of 40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year, we recommend that you have your Cap Coder machine serviced at least once a year. This is normally sufficient.  For machines in non-stop production environments, (24-7-52) a service regime of every 3 months is required. 

If a problem has arisen or you have a concern about your Cap Coder machine then please don’t hesitate to get in contact. Normally a quick call will suffice and any of our engineers will be happy to talk through problems over the phone. For anything more serious we can arrange a visit with one of our service engineers ASAP.
